Peter Dykie, BWG Councillor and local businessman, was all smiles on Saturday, June 15 as his downtown store, Bradford Jewellery celebrated 35 years of business success. In addition to reaching this impressive milestone, Peter opened a brand new shop – Bradford Jewellery by Peter Dykie – at 9 Holland Street East to showcase his impressive selection of jewelry.
All Members of Council, MP Scot Davidson, representatives of the Board of Trade and local media were on hand to celebrate with Peter, his family and staff.
Peter spoke passionately about downtown BWG and thanked everyone “from the bottom of his heart” for all their support over the years.
